    • Returns for a full refund are accepted for up to 60 days from the time that you receive your order.  After 60 days, a 15% restocking fee is applied to refunds.
    • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, but we will waive this fee if you would like to exchange for another product or size.
    • Returned merchandise must not show any signs of wear, and must be returned with all of its original packaging.  If your return item includes a boot box, please do not use that box as shipment packaging.  In order to resell the item, we need the original packaging to be intact. To ensure that footwear does not show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only on carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly.

    This is my second pair of safety work boots from Wild West. The price is right, the quality is great and the boots are rugged and comfortable. They shipped my order within hours and I received the boots in just 2 days. The service is excellent and that is why I am a repeat customer. My local safety shoe dealer has the same boots, but charge over $300!!!

    From the day of purchase to the day of delivery was very fast. I ordered this boots on a Friday afternoon and received it on Monday afternoon. Several pros and cons about the boot. Pros: 1) Great Price & 2) Love the style. Cons: 1) The online size did not match up to what it said it is on the boot itself, 2) 7.5 EE is 7.5 WW in size comparsion, 3) insole of the boot is not comfortable at all, 4) it doesnot not give any comfort to your feet if you are standing only a couple hours and your feet hurt already, 5) I've read the reviews on these boots and a handful of people had said, "it is the most comfortable pair of boots they have ever owned." I cannot say that i agree with this statement because I have worn it only a couple of hours and my feet hurt. If the boots you purchase hurts your feet after a few hours during your shift; they're not good boots, 5) i have feet problems and these boots do not help with the added problems I have already. Overall, I do not recommend these boots to anyone who have feet problems.
