If you purchase your own return label, please email contact@wildwestbootstore.com with your order number and return tracking number after your package has been shipped.
Providing both your order number and tracking number helps us quickly match your return to the correct order when it arrives and ensures your refund is processed accurately.
Terms and Conditions
- Returns for a full refund are accepted within 60 days of the date you receive your order. After 60 days, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. Return shipping fees are waived for qualifying exchanges.
- Returned merchandise must be in unworn, resalable condition and include all original packaging. If your return includes a boot box, please do not use the boot box as the shipping box. We need the original packaging to remain intact so the item can be resold.
- To ensure footwear does not show signs of wear, please walk only on carpeted areas until you are certain the footwear fits properly.
- Free exchanges are available for qualifying domestic orders only.
