Want a refund?
Check the refund box on the packing slip included with your order, place it in the package with your return, and ship your order back to the address below.
For domestic orders, Click here if you would like to purchase a prepaid FedEx return label for $10. A fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund once the item is returned. To find your nearest FedEx drop off location click here.
For international orders, please return the item through your preferred shipping method. A full refund will be issued once the item arrives to our facility.

Terms and conditions
- Returns for a full refund are accepted for up to 60 days from the time that you receive your order. After 60 days, a 15% restocking fee is applied to refunds.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, but we will waive this fee if you would like to exchange for another product or size.
- Returned merchandise must not show any signs of wear, and must be returned with all of its original packaging. If your return item includes a boot box, please do not use that box as shipment packaging. In order to resell the item, we need the original packaging to be intact. To ensure that footwear does not show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only on carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly.
