Returns terms and conditions:
- Returns for a full refund are accepted for up to 60 days from the time that you receive your order. After 60 days, a 15% restocking fee is applied to refunds.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, but we will waive this fee if you would like to exchange for another product or size.
- Returned merchandise must not show any signs of wear, and must be returned with all of its original packaging. If your return item includes a boot box, please do not use that box as shipment packaging. In order to resell the item, we need the original packaging to be intact. To ensure that footwear does not show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only on carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly.

Awesome boots! I've never owned a pair of cowboy/work boots before and I bought them to get through our rough Chicago winters. They are perfectly comfortable right out of the box. I don't want to take them off!! I'll be buying another pair soon. Just bought a pair for my nephew in college for Christmas too. Do you have a frequent buyer program, lol?!? Thank you Ariat!
They only took one day of wearing to break it. I love them, they are my new favorite pair of boots. I would definitely recommend buying off this site. Good country boy boots yee yee!
No reflection on Wild West! They have always been top-shelf with service. Thank you. But, the problem is my feet! I hate them. I have so much trouble finding shoes and boots that fit and these particular boots just didn't fit and I had to return them as much as I liked them and wish badly that they had fit!

Great boot, Awesome online service and shipping
My purchase was for my son. Our local store was out of his size so I had to shop online and hope for the best for a Christmas arrival. I ordered exactly the boot he had on his list for $0.04 cheaper than our store here in Illinois and was offered no shipping and no tax. I placed my order at 7am Monday our time and had the boots by noon on Wednesday. I work with the public and have told every customer I have to purchase boots from Wild West Boots. Thank you!
