- Returns for a full refund are accepted for up to 60 days from the time that you receive your order. After 60 days, a 15% restocking fee is applied to refunds.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, but we will waive this fee if you would like to exchange for another product or size.
- Returned merchandise must not show any signs of wear, and must be returned with all of its original packaging. If your return item includes a boot box, please do not use that box as shipment packaging. In order to resell the item, we need the original packaging to be intact. To ensure that footwear does not show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only on carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly.

Boots came fast, great price
Best boots ever!
Color is a little different than in the picture but still a nice boot
I've worn Ariat boots for several years, and this is the first pair that I've had to break in. A bit tight across the instep but they seem to be getting better. The price was unbeatable and the shipping was on time. I normally shop at Shepler's, but I might have found a new boot store!
The boots I ordered from you are very nice. Typical of Ariat style and quality. Although the boots are not quite the same color as the example on the site shows, they are still a great shade. It paid off that I ordered a little wider size as my feet have gotten a bit wider with age and my other boots do not fit as well anymore because of the little changes in my feet.. Western style boots are not for everyone but I have been wearing them my entire adult life for work, pleasure, and anything else in general.. great boots though and I feel like the price was a steal..
