Returns terms and conditions:
  • Returns for a full refund are accepted for up to 60 days from the time that you receive your order.  After 60 days, a 15% restocking fee is applied to refunds.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, but we will waive this fee if you would like to exchange for another product or size.
  • Returned merchandise must not show any signs of wear, and must be returned with all of its original packaging.  If your return item includes a boot box, please do not use that box as shipment packaging.  In order to resell the item, we need the original packaging to be intact. To ensure that footwear does not show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only on carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly.

9/26/2026 These boots are gorgeous, great quality and well made, fit great, and are very comfortable. When I picked them up at the Post Office the postal clerks wanted to see them so I opened the box right then and everyone thought they were amazing. They wanted to know where I was going to wear them and I said "anywhere I want". The boots arrived quickly and in great shape. I wear a shoe size 7.5 - 8 and ordered 7.5 in these boots. I will be able to wear a lite sock and that is perfect for me. Highly recommend if you want a beautiful boot.
