Returns terms and conditions:
  • Returns for a full refund are accepted for up to 60 days from the time that you receive your order.  After 60 days, a 15% restocking fee is applied to refunds.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, but we will waive this fee if you would like to exchange for another product or size.
  • Returned merchandise must not show any signs of wear, and must be returned with all of its original packaging.  If your return item includes a boot box, please do not use that box as shipment packaging.  In order to resell the item, we need the original packaging to be intact. To ensure that footwear does not show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only on carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly.

Wild West Boot Store was wonderful, great company—- it should be noted that this review is of the boot alone! As a wearer of Tony Lama buckaroo boots for many, many years I had always loved them. I have been away from them for several years now. The time had come to buy a new pair so I went with my trusted old stand by, Tony Lama. I was shocked by the lack of options in their buckaroo style of boot. I found one that Wild West Boot Store had available and decided to give it a try. The new pair came and, unfortunately, i’m quite disappointed in the quality. It’s sure not the boot I remember. The leather is not what it used to be, it’s definitely thinner with more of a “belly tan” feel to it. I don’t like this 1/2 breed outsole, I miss a good ole Vibram outsole (but in fairness, it was listed in the ad that this model had this style of outsole, it wasn’t a surprise when they arrived). The insoles, for a premium manufacturer, are nothing to write home about, plan on getting maybe 1/2 size bigger so you can add some nicer aftermarket insoles. I gave em a try and will wear them ‘till they give out but I will be trying a different company in the future. Maybe Twisted X or something but not Tony Lama. ***again, Wild West Boot Store was wonderful to deal with***
