- Returned merchandise must not show any signs of wear, and must be returned with all of its original packaging. If your return item includes a boot box, please do not use that box as shipment packaging. In order to resell the item, we need the original packaging to be intact. To ensure that footwear does not show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only on carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly.

We had a large order for a wedding and everything came in faster than expected and correct. Costumer service has been great! We had the option of going with a larger more well known company but choosing the smaller family owned company was the better choice. Thank you for helping us pull off this double wedding.
