Handling Time.

Orders are usually processed within 24 hours and will be sent out the same or next business day.

Shipping Costs.
Order's totaling $20 or more and purchased within the Continental US or from an APO qualify for FREE SHIPPING! Excludes International orders and orders containing saddles.

Shipping Methods.

Free shipping shouldn’t mean slow shipping. Unlike many online retailers, our packages normally deliver in 2-5 business days. All packages are tracked and insured.

In a rush? We offer expedited shipping methods through FedEx and UPS for physical addresses. There rates are calculated at checkout.

International Shipments.

We don’t offer international shipping directly through our website. However, international orders can be fulfilled through eBay’s Global Shipping Program. If you need help or want to visit our eBay store, please contact our team and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Guide Package Protection.

If you added Guide Shipping Protection to your order and now are experiencing issues, please reach out to our team to create a claim. Once submitted a Guide representative will begin processing your claim and follow up with you via email.
