  • Returned merchandise must not show any signs of wear, and must be returned with all of its original packaging.  If your return item includes a boot box, please do not use that box as shipment packaging.  In order to resell the item, we need the original packaging to be intact. To ensure that footwear does not show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only on carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly.

I only wear western clothing and just found your online shop containing many fashions I had looked to for future purchases. Like a red pair of square toe boots, leather slippers, a straw hat (my Stetson10x finally after years of summer wearing lost all shape), leather slippers, & a leather western wallet, shirts, a new belt buckle, etc... for this years. Maybe you can help me garner the rebate I feel entitled to with this my 1st high end boots.
