Returns terms and conditions:
  • Returns for a full refund are accepted for up to 60 days from the time that you receive your order.  After 60 days, a 15% restocking fee is applied to refunds.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, but we will waive this fee if you would like to exchange for another product or size.
  • Returned merchandise must not show any signs of wear, and must be returned with all of its original packaging.  If your return item includes a boot box, please do not use that box as shipment packaging.  In order to resell the item, we need the original packaging to be intact. To ensure that footwear does not show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only on carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly.

Exquisite boots! The color and stitching seems a lot more vibrant in person than in the pictures, which is opposite of my usual experience. Size feels dead-on my usual 10D. Comfortable out of the box, but snug enough that I'm not worried about them getting loose after they break-in. Construction seems consistent with Ariat's norm, which in my experience (so far) has been consistently above average (their bench made line is truly top-tier, but I have several of mass-produced boots, and none of them have disappointed me yet.)
