Hello! When I received my package, the outer part of my box package was a little damaged. I unboxed my package and I took the cap out of the plastic and I seen the black and red mesh rope of the visor part of my cap wasn't sewed on, on the left hand side. It was just dangling off my cap on one side so I just removed the mesh rope so I was bummed about that so my suggestion is to please inspect your products right before packaging and sending them. Other than that my girlfriend likes her cap. Thanks!

I put myself in a place that, after having worn Western boots my entire life, I was unable to do so for over three decades. When that well-deserved chapter was ended, I could not wait to get a pair of boots on my feet once again. I took a risk and purchased a pair of Ariats online - the Heritage Dijon Suede. The fit was perfect, so I purchased the Distressed Brown and the Black Deer tan (all 3 R Toe boots). Thirty four years ago I had Red Wings, Tony Lamas, Fryes, et al, but today Ariats are my new favorites.

Lovely boots. I am a 6.5 but ordered size 7 due to 6.5 unavailable. 6.5 would have been a better fit but I really wanted these, so will just wear a thicker sock. The tan colour is a lot darker than the photo shows. Nice boots, excellent service as always & super fast delivery to NZ
