Returns terms and conditions:
- Returns for a full refund are accepted for up to 60 days from the time that you receive your order. After 60 days, a 15% restocking fee is applied to refunds.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, but we will waive this fee if you would like to exchange for another product or size.
- Returned merchandise must not show any signs of wear, and must be returned with all of its original packaging. If your return item includes a boot box, please do not use that box as shipment packaging. In order to resell the item, we need the original packaging to be intact. To ensure that footwear does not show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only on carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly.

I've bought red wing insoles ever since there was a store in Arlington Heights. I was VERY impressed with the insoles and have bought them every year until the store closed. So you can imagine my excitement when I found custom made soles online! They are STILL the best insoles I have ever worn and am DEFINITELY going to buy more so I can keep them in all my shoes
