  • Returns for a full refund are accepted for up to 60 days from the time that you receive your order.  After 60 days, a 15% restocking fee is applied to refunds.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, but we will waive this fee if you would like to exchange for another product or size.
  • Returned merchandise must not show any signs of wear, and must be returned with all of its original packaging.  If your return item includes a boot box, please do not use that box as shipment packaging.  In order to resell the item, we need the original packaging to be intact. To ensure that footwear does not show any signs of wear, be sure to walk only on carpeted areas until you are sure they fit properly.

I love these things. I have had several pair, and I’ll continue to buy them as long as Red Wing : Irish Setter makes them. I own steel toe, soft toe, and use them both for different things. Break in period is easy. Even easier if you have a boot stretcher or shove a softball up in there (yea, it really works lol). Either way. Love this retailer, and will continue to buy from them! Shipping was fast, customer service is great!

By far the best boots I’ve ever owned great fit looks good tough and rugged, very durable and above all the most comfortable this boots I’ve ever owned. I can wear these all day and feel great. I first purchased them from tractor supply and knew I needed another STBY pair. Ordered them from Wild West received the quickly and was a perfect fit.
